This is a phase I study assessing the safety and tolerability of single dose of a study drug which is being developed for the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout.
Eligible participants will be required to stay in the clinical unit for a total of 5 nights and 6 days.
Participants must meet the following criteria:
Male between the ages of 18 and 50
BMI must be between 18 – 30 kg/m2
Currently not taking any medications with no allergies to any drugs
Non-smokers
Free from any clinically significant illness or disease as determined by medical history
Remuneration is offered to eligible participants.
